An economic cut of steak, this cut comes from the loin of the animal. These steaks are flavorful and versatile for use in many recipes.
A fine cut of meat from the strip loin. This steak rests next to the tenderloin and features a nice "beefy" flavor while being very tender.
A marbled steak that comes from the ribs. This cut is flavorful, tender, and juicy. One of the most prized cuts.
The filet comes from the tenderloin of the animal. This cut is very tender and takes seasoning really well. A customizable piece of meat.
Lean ground beef, approximately 90/10 mixture of meat to fat.
Approximately 90/10 mixture. Being grass fed, these animals do not contain a lot of fat, making this a very heart healthy source of protein.
Same mixture as the ground beef above, but already made into a patty and ready for the grill.

Package Deals to Give You More Bang for Your Buck!
This package will give a good sample of most of our cuts. It will feature 60% ground beef, 25% roasts, and 15% steaks.
Approximately 90 to 100 pounds, this package will feature 1/4 of the animal and will be butchered to our standard cuts.
Approximately 180 to 200 pounds, this package will feature 1/2 of the animal and is butchered to your specifications.
Approximately 360 to 400 pounds, this package will feature the whole animal and is butchered to your specifications.
