Savory & Succulent

Chuck Roast

A rustic cut that comes from the front of the shoulder. Full of flavor and melts in your mouth. 

Shoulder Roast

This cut comes from the rear of the shoulder. Full of flavor and makes an excellent pot roast. 

Rump Roast

 This  cut comes from the rear of the animal, hence the name. A flavorful cut  that pairs well with mashed potatoes and plenty of gravy.  

Sir Loin Tip Roast

 This cut comes from the sirloin. This makes an excellent roast to cut into steaks or to make your own roast beef.  

Brisket

 This cut comes from the front of the animal and requires a long,  slow cooking process. Makes excellent barbecue for sandwiches or by the  slice.

Delicious & Juicy

Flank/Skirt Steak

 These cuts come from the sides of the animal. Both cuts are flavorful and make excellent fajitas.  

Sirloin Steak

 An  economic cut of steak, this cut comes from the loin of the animal.  These steaks are flavorful and versatile for use in many recipes.  

New York Strip

 A  fine cut of meat from the strip loin. This steak rests next to the  tenderloin and features a nice "beefy" flavor while being very tender.  

Ribeye

 A marbled steak that comes from the ribs. This cut is flavorful, tender, and juicy. One of the most prized cuts.  

Filet

 The filet comes from the tenderloin of the animal. This cut is  very tender and takes seasoning really well. A customizable piece of  meat.  


Ground Beef

Lean ground beef, approximately 90/10 mixture of meat to fat.

Ground Beef

 Approximately 90/10 mixture. Being grass fed, these animals do not contain a lot of fat, making this a very heart healthy source of protein. 

Hamburger Patties

 Same mixture as the ground beef above, but already made into a patty and ready for the grill.

Miscellaneous Cuts

Cube Steak

 This cut is a tough cut, but cooked properly, it will be fork tender and succulent.  

Stew Meat

 Flavorful meat for adding to stews and other dishes that call for a long, slow simmer.

30 Pound Package Deal

$9.00/lb finish weight

 This package will give a good sample of most of our cuts. It will feature 60% ground beef, 25% roasts, and 15% steaks.  

1/4 Beef Package

$9.00/lb finish weight

 Approximately 90 to 100 pounds, this package will feature 1/4 of the animal and will be butchered to our standard cuts.  

1/2 Beef Package

$9.00/lb finish weight

 Approximately 180 to 200 pounds, this package will feature 1/2 of the animal and is butchered to your specifications.  

Whole Beef Package

$9.00/lb finish weight

 Approximately 360 to 400 pounds, this package will feature the whole animal and is butchered to your specifications.  

All cuts are USDA inspected. Prices are subject to change.
